"We lived in a property that Ross managed for about a year. Ross was a great landlord on all levels and provided a great place to live for a reasonable rate. Whenever we had any issues, Ross was quick to respond and would make sure that he or someone else took care of things in an efficient manner so that we would have a quick resolution. He was always very friendly and clearly cared about taking care of our apartment to the best of his ability.

We never felt that Ross was in the apartment too much. Occasionally Ross would have to check on things like the fire alarm, locks, etc, but we never felt that he came around unnecessarily or that he micro-managed the property too much. Ross was very respectful of us as tenants and never imposed on us.

Having lived in multiple properties in Boston throughout the past several years, I feel that Ross has been among the best landlords that I have had. There is always uncertainty when moving into a new apartment about the relationship that you’ll have with the management, but we always felt that Ross was a great landlord and we truly enjoyed having Ross in that position with us."
